About the Author
Carolyn Reynolds has 20 years experience as a professional astrologer and counselor and is the author of The Book of Lovers.  She has written Sun Sign columns and established a successful telephone astrology service. Early in her career, Carolyn began noticing correlations between her clients' moon signs and their personal relationships, and she began to focus on the phenomenon in her counseling.  From this data she wrote The Book of Lovers, a fun and intelligent astrological guide to romance.  Although she does not specialize strictly in relationship counseling, she finds that it is the area in which the majority of her clients request help.  Carolyn now has clients who, after countless failed relationships, have found compatible partners using her Moon Sign system.  Most recently, she was the Companion Text Author for the late Linda Goodman's Relationship Signs. I first learned of this book from a bartender who would pull it out to read to new couples on a date. I still use it to get an idea of how 2 people might, or might NOT, fit together. Some of these are so RIGHT ON the money that it's scary. Like one that exactly described my dad as "this is a man who smokes and works in the health profession". BINGO. He works in a hospital. The information can often be exact and accurate.
I like this book, but I'm confused. I'm not sure if she offers the most compatible moon sign or sun...
I absolutely love this book. I love the fact that the author broke down the sun and moon profiles by male and female and that she even included a small section on Ascendants. I use this book to read the profiles of love ones and myself. I highly recommend this book to others.
This is such a wonderful addition to an astrology library!! I have loved this book for years, bought many copies and shared the wisdom therein with many many friend. It's accuracy never ceases to amaze me!
Lost this book during Hurricane Katrina, and had to acquire another. I really love it, and it is amazingly accurate. Not really something you'd read cover to cover; more like a reference guide. Recommended for anyone.
I was happy to get this book back in my collection. I had it years ago but lost it in a house fire in 2008. I think this is a good book for those who love astrology and compatibility.
Kind of hard to understand how to use the zodiac combinations.
One of my favorite books around. It truly describes every person in great detail. It goes by astrology sun and moon signs and everyone that I show the book to, cannot believe it either. This is the 4th time that I have purchased this book, because I end up giving my copy to others to utilize for themselves. I am glad that Amazon makes it possible for me to keep obtaining my replacements!
